Economic and organizational psychologists conduct research to spot angles and behaviors in workers, looking at how those angles and behaviours impact productiveness and job success and how these factors can be improved through hiring practices, alignment and training sessions, and benefits. Graduates of industrial organizational psychology graduate programs also think about how employee feedback systems can be used to improve overall productivity and company success.
