Accelerated BSN programs are now being offered that enable students to complete their BSN in 12 to 15 months. Pushed by the current nursing shortage colleges and universities are now putting students through accelerated programs that build on their previous experiences and knowledge to get them to the point where they are fully qualified nurses.
