Posted by James R Gibb in Education, tags: EducationRedundancy law is created to defend workers just in case a worker unexpectedly loses his work as a result of unpredicted circumstances. Or, a firm would shut down its business, leaving the workers with no employment. This is called redundancy in the UK as well as most of the western countries. While a business enterprise has the privilege to downsize their jobs, there are redundancy laws in force to safeguard these employees when they think they might have been unfairly dismissed.
