Redundancy law is created to defend workers just in case a worker unexpectedly loses his work as a result of unpredicted circumstances. Businesses frequently present an ever-changing staff. Sometimes, the employer downsizes or removes laborers for a number of reasons. Or, a firm would shut down its business, leaving the workers with no employment. This is called redundancy in the UK as well as most of the western countries. While a business enterprise has the privilege to downsize their jobs, there are redundancy laws in force to safeguard these employees when they think they might have been unfairly dismissed.
